We have proper facility to sort, grade and pack all farm produce in Nasik and Vashi. Every effort is made to harvest the crops during early mornings when the temperatures is cooler and subsequently transport the harvested crops to our pack house for proper sorting, grading & packing as per international norms.

We follow EU norms for hygiene and decorum during the entire process. All our packing staff is issued with proper identification, workwear, gloves and head gear and we maintain separate washrooms and changing rooms for men and women. We take utmost care to not only the goods but also care for our female employees on safety and security grounds.

Once the goods are packed, we ensure pre-cooling as per the crop requirement and then transfer the goods to cold chambers before being loaded onto REEFERS.

All our REEFER containers maintain proper cooling temperature throughout the transit as per the requirement and to avoid any variations, we maintain a data logger in each container to track the movement of cargo from packhouse until the port of discharge.
